Savory Brunch Mocktail

This refreshing and spicy tomato cocktail combines tomatoes with a zesty mix of clam juice, Worcestershire and Tajin spice. Perfect for a bold and savory drink, it’s served chilled with a flavorful Tajin rim and fresh garnishes for an extra kick.

Ingredients

  • 1 pint GREENHOUSE cocktail tomatoes, quartered
  • ½ tsp Tajin spice or hot sauce to taste
  • 1 cup clam juice
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp pickle juice
  • ½ tsp celery salt
  • Tajin spice for the rim for garnish
  • 1 fresh lime wedge
  • 3-4 grilled GREENHOUSE cherry tomatoes for garnish

DIRECTIONS

  1. Wash cocktail tomatoes, quarter and drop in blender. Whirl on highest setting until liquid.
  2. Stir in all remaining ingredients, except for garnishes. At this point, the juice may appear very frothy.
  3. Set aside in refrigerator for 24 hours to blend flavors.
  4. Before serving, pass tomato juice through a sieve to remove extra pulp and seeds.
  5. Rim cocktail glasses in Tajin spice and fill glasses with ice.
  6. Pour in spiced tomato juice and garnish with lime wedges and grilled cherry tomatoes.
