Bell Pepper Quinoa Dip

With very little effort and ingredients, you have options for a base to a salad, stuffing for peppers, or a side dish for everyone to enjoy.


  • 1 can refried beans
  • 2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 1 GREENHOUSE red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 GREENHOUSE beefsteak tomato
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic, puréed
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped


  1. Wash all produce before preparing.
  2. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
  3. Enjoy!

 Makes roughly 3 cups of dip.
