Ingredients

  • 1 slice of white bread
  • 1 GREENHOUSE english cucumber, cut into 2 round slices and 7 sticks
  • 4 cheese slices, 3 cut into narrow sticks and 1 into a small triangle (we like mozzarella)
  • 8 GREENHOUSE orange bell pepper pieces
  • 1 strawberry, cut off the tip to create a tiny triangle

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut white bread into the shape of a house, this will be the rocket. Save 2 small triangles and piece of crust (for rocket details).
  2. Place 2 round cucumber slices in the center of the bread.
  3. Use cucumber sticks to line the edges of the vertical sides of the rocket.
  4. Place 1 narrow cheese slice under the bottom of the rocket, followed by the narrow piece of cucumber and bread crust.
  5. Add a small bread triangle at each corner of the bread crust (as rocket launchers).
  6. Use a narrow piece of each cucumber, cheese and pepper on each rocket launcher.
  7. Place the triangle piece of cheese at the tip of the rocket, and the tip of the strawberry on top of that.
  8. Use bell pepper pieces to enhance the rocket design arranging 3 pieces to resemble flames coming out of each launcher.
