Cucumber and Basil Whiskey Smash

This Greenhouse Cucumber and Basil Whiskey Smash is a refreshing twist on a classic cocktail, blending crisp Greenhouse cucumber, fragrant basil, and smooth whiskey. Light, refreshing, and perfectly chilled, it’s the ideal drink for warm evenings or backyard gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 GREENHOUSE english cucumber, sliced
  • 4 basil leaves
  • 4 tbsp of whiskey
  • 4 tsp of lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp of simple syrup
  • 1 cup of ice, divided

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add cucumber slices, basil leaves and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker and muddle until juices are released and combined.
  2. Add whiskey, lemon juice, and ice, then shake for 1 minute.
  3. Add ice to your glass and pour over the cucumber and basil whiskey smash.
  4. Add a slice of cucumber to the top of the glass and enjoy!
