Cucumber Melon Sangria Mocktail

Ingredients

6 GREENHOUSE mini cucumbers, sliced
1/2 honeydew melon, cubed
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
1 bottle white grape juice
3-6 cups club soda

DIRECTIONS

Wash produce before preparing.
Combine all ingredients except club soda in a large pitcher and stir well. For a sweeter sangria mocktail, fill the pitcher 3/4 of the way with the grape juice. For less sweetness, fill only 1/2 of the way.
Refrigerate the pitcher for 2-4 hours.
Just before serving, pour in the club soda and gently stir to combine. Serve over ice in white wine glasses.
