Cucumber Melon Sangria Mocktail

A non-alcoholic spin on a summer classic, this Cucumber Melon Sangria Mocktail is sweet, light, and oh-so refreshing.

Ingredients

  • 6 mini cucumbers, sliced
  • ½ honeydew melon, cubed
  • ½ cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 large bottle white grape juice
  • 3-6 cups club soda

DIRECTIONS

  1. Wash produce before preparing.
  2. Combine all ingredients except club soda in a large pitcher and stir well. For a sweeter sangria mocktail, fill the pitcher ¾ of the way with the grape juice. For less sweetness, fill only halfway.
  3. Refrigerate the pitcher for 2-4 hours.
  4. Just before serving, pour in the club soda and gently stir to combine. Serve over ice in white wine glasses.

You can customize the flavor of your sangria mocktail with different flavors of club soda. We recommend trying strawberry, cherry, or grapefruit!
