Cucumber Salsa

Experience the exquisite taste of our Cucumber Salsa—diced cucumbers, fresh herbs, jalapeño, lime juice, and olive oil create perfection.


  • 2 cups GREENHOUSE mini seedless cucumbers, finely diced
  • ½ cup red onion, diced
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 fresh jalapeño, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Combine cucumber, onion, cilantro, mint and jalapeño in a bowl.
  2. Gradually add lime juice and olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. It can be served with grilled fish or meats or as a salsa choice with tacos or serve as a topping for our creamy cucumber soup.
