Heirloom Tomatoes and Peach Caprese Sandwich

Indulge in a sweet and savory treat with this easy-to-make grilled sandwich. Fresh mozzarella, juicy tomato, and sweet peach slices are layered with basil and drizzled with hot honey for a flavor explosion that’s perfect for a summer picnic or a light lunch.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 4-5 slices of fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 1 GREENHOUSE heirloom tomato, sliced
  • 1 peach, pitted and sliced
  • 5-6 basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp hot honey
  • Flaky sea salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. To assemble, layer a slice of bread with heirloom tomato, mozzarella, basil and peaches.
  2. Drizzle with hot honey and sprinkle with flaky sea salt. Add a second slice of bread on top.
