Ingredients

  • 10 oz GREENHOUSE cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 1 dry pint GREENHOUSE grape tomatoes, diced
  • 3 limes, juiced
  • 1/2 small white onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 small Fresno chili pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 bag tortilla chips

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add tomatoes, onion, and chili pepper into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add oil, lime juice, cilantro, and combine.
  3. Season to taste with salt and serve with your favorite tortilla chips!
