Sauteed Cucumbers

If you have never cooked cucumbers, then we recommend you give this fast dish recipe a try. Inspired by Asian cuisines, we’ve infused the flavor of garlic and sesame into mini cucumbers!

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 5 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 6 GREENHOUSE mini cucumbers, sliced into even disks
  • ½ tbsp sesame seeds
  • 4 green onions, sliced evenly
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. In frying pan or skillet, heat oil over medium heat, then add garlic.
  2. Cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes taking care not to burn. Reduce heat if necessary.
  3. Add cucumbers to the pan and continue cooking, stirring occasionally until the cucumbers begin to look semi-translucent.
  4. Stir in salt, sesame seeds and green onion. Serve warm.
