Spicy Cucumber Margarita

This Greenhouse Spicy Cucumber Margarita offers a refreshing blend of crisp cucumber and zesty lime, balanced by a subtle heat from jalapeño slices. Served over ice in a glass rimmed with chili salt, it’s the perfect cocktail for warm summer evenings.

Ingredients

  • 2−3 jalapeño slices
  • 4 GREENHOUSE mini cucumbers, chopped
  • 2 cups waters
  • 1.5 cups tequila blanco
  • 3/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup simple syrup
  • 3/4 cup orange liqueur

DIRECTIONS

  1. Chop up cucumber and jalapeño into slices.
  2. Blend jalapeno slices, cucumber slices and water, then strain into a pitcher.
  3. Add in tequila, lime juice, simple syrup and orange liqueur.
  4. Place in the fridge to chill for an hour.
  5. Rim glasses with salt and fill with ice. Pour spicy cucumber margarita into glasses and enjoy!
