Sweet Pepper Dip

This creamy, zesty dip blends roasted Greenhouse Long Sweet Peppers with cream cheese, sour cream, lime, and spices for a vibrant, smoky-sweet flavor. Perfect with veggies, chips, or crostini, it also makes a tasty spread for sandwiches or quesadillas.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup roasted and chopped, GREENHOUSE Long Sweet Peppers
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • Half a lime
  • Optional garnish of chili oil or hot pepper jelly
  • GREENHOUSE Long Sweet Peppers and other veggies, crostini or chips for dipping

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a medium bowl, stir cream cheese with sour cream.
  2. Stir in spices, a generous squeeze of lime juice, then chopped peppers.
  3. Spoon into a small serving bowl. For adventurous kids or adults, drizzle with your favorite chili oil.
  4. Leftover dip is great in a sandwich or quesadillas.
