Ingredients

1 GREENHOUSE bell pepper, sliced & divided
5 leaves fresh basil
10 oz ginger ale
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp agave nectar
2 lemon wheels, for garnish
2 sprigs thyme, for garnish
Paprika, for garnish
Ice, for serving

DIRECTIONS

Cut pepper into thin strips and set aside two for garnish.
Blend the remaining pepper slices until smooth.
Place a sieve over a pitcher and pour blended pepper through the strainer to remove the pulp.
Then add ginger ale, lemon juice, agave nectar, and basil leaves to the pitcher.
Rub the rims of the glasses with the lemon slice then roll in paprika.
Fill each glass with ice and pour in the juice mixture.
Garnish with lemon, thyme, and pepper slice.
